Haiti earthquake relief

As the eyes of the world are focused on Haiti and the devastation from the recent earthquake, we as a church desire to express the love of Christ through financially supporting a Gospel relief effort. We have determined to partner with Missionary Flights International (who is partnering with Samaritan’s Purse to ship their relief supplies). MFI has been on our missionary prayer list  for several years.

Many might be asking if they could contribute beyond their normal giving to add to this initial gift and the answer is yes. Simply make a notation “Haiti Relief: on your check to CHBC. We will collect all these gifts and send them to this partner ministry.

Please remember to pray for the people of Haiti and for God to use this tragedy to bring saving faith to those endeavoring to rebuild their lives and country.
